The managers of this institute have been active in finance of projects through foreign finance from 1998,that they finalized the project of porcelain production with DZ Bank of Germany and the project of French fries production with ING Bank of Netherland .In 2004/05/07, Parsian Farda ,Investment &Financial Counsellor Institute was registered under registration No. 16531 with Tehran Department for Registration of Companies under subject of consulting in the field of financial affairs ,obtaining loan and facilities from all local and foreign banks and credit and financial institutions ,participating in all local and foreign tenders and delivering consulting services in obtaining foreign finance exchange facilities and opening L/C for Iranian and foreign companies and at the same time it obtained a letter from Iran Central Bank, bank supervision administration department about delivering finance consulting services to economical sectors . Several projects were conducted through this way and could be profited from foreign finance facilities .Parsian Farda Institute could obtain certification of international standard, ISO 9001-2000 from TUVNORD, TUVCERT companies in Germany in 2005 as the first and the sole institute at the present time to deliver consulting services to all local and foreign banks and perform foreign finance projects for purchasing machinery and equipments via foreign banks.
The managers of this institute establish in 2010 , international investment company, Jahan Parsian Farda, under registration No.372979 with the subject of investing in all industrial and mineral projects, agricultural, alternative industries, constructional, power plant and services projects and all the projects that are authorized according to investment law.
This institute also establishes offices in England (London), United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and has agents in Germany (Frankfurt) and Italy (Milan)
